Joe Albert wrote.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"gnt_em gnt_em_anc\" id=\"gnt_atomsnc\" data-g-r=\"lazy\" data-gl-method=\"loadAnc\" aria-label=\"Newsletter signup form\"\/>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Officers were advised the group may have been in a physical altercation with civilians in the area.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">In statements following the march, local and statewide elected officials condemned the neo-Nazi march.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Mayor Andrew Ginther also said\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/MayorGinther\/status\/1857897889491493309?t=P8H9JZSqQb-u8_bsjPlEcg&amp;s=19\" data-t-l=\":b|z|k|${u}\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">in a statement posted on X<\/a>\u00a0that the community will continue to stand against hatred and bigotry and embrace tolerance and acceptance through diversity.<\/p>\n<aside aria-label=\"advertisement\" class=\"gnt_m gnt_x gnt_x__lbl gnt_x__al\"\/>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">&#8220;Together, we reject the cowardly display reported in the Short North earlier today, and we will continue to monitor the situation in partnership with the Columbus Division of Police to ensure the safety and security of our city.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">In\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/CityAttyKlein\/status\/1857878822437191920\" data-t-l=\":b|z|k|${u}\" class=\"gnt_ar_b_a\">a statement posted to X<\/a>, formerly known as Twitter, City Attorney Zach Klein said: &#8220;To those involved in the neo-Nazi march in the Short North today, take your flags and the masks you hide behind and go home and never come back. Klein wrote. &#8220;Your hate isn\u2019t welcome in our city.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, in a statement, denounced the group\u2019s actions and said, \u201cThere is no place in this State for hate, bigotry, antisemitism, or violence.<\/p>\n<p class=\"gnt_ar_b_p\">&#8220;We will not tolerate hate in Ohio.
