Multiple former employees have <a href=\"https:\/\/mashable.com\/article\/former-open-ai-employees-sam-altman-allegations\" target=\"_self\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\">raised concerns about Altman&#8217;s leadership<\/a> and OpenAI&#8217;s safety protocols. <\/p>\n<p>Last week, Altman told OpenAI employees that the company plans to <a href=\"https:\/\/mashable.com\/article\/open-ai-moving-from-nonprofit-to-for-profit\" target=\"_self\" data-ga-click=\"1\" data-ga-label=\"$text\" data-ga-item=\"text-link\" data-ga-module=\"content_body\">overhaul its non-profit corporate structure<\/a> in favor of a for-profit push.
